    Ship Happens Travel is a travel agency that assists customers in booking cruises and related services through third-party cruise lines and travel suppliers. We do not directly operate or manage cruise ships or onboard services.

  2. Booking & Payment

    All cruise bookings are made directly through verified cruise lines or suppliers. Payments are processed by these third-party vendors. Customers are responsible for reviewing the specific terms, conditions, and cancellation policies provided by the cruise line at the time of booking.

  3. VIP Cruise Club Membership

    Membership to our VIP Cruise Club is non-refundable once activated. Members receive exclusive access to promotions, deals, and member-only benefits. Membership does not guarantee availability or specific discounts and is subject to change without notice.

  4. Accuracy of Information

    We strive to ensure all pricing and itinerary details are accurate. However, final confirmation is always subject to cruise line verification.

  5. Liability Disclaimer

    We are not liable for changes, delays, or cancellations made by cruise lines or suppliers. All travel is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective cruise line.

  6. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Florida courts in the event of a dispute.

    Click on the "PLAN YOUR CRUISE" on any page and you will be directed to our cruise booking platform where you can explore your preferred destination, compare prices, explore your preferred cruise line once satisfied, you can proceed to book your cruise. Or you can contact us and we'll help you book a cruise by clicking the button below.
  • What does VIP membership cost?
    One flat fee: $129/year. That’s about $0.35/day and less than $11/month for personalized service, exclusive deals, and peace of mind. No hidden fees. No surprise upsells.
  • What do you get with a Ship Happens Travel VIP Membership?

    You can still book with us, but you won’t receive concierge service, planning calls, or early access to special deals. VIP is perfect for anyone who wants personal support and less stress.

  • Can I cancel?
    Memberships are valid for one year and are non-refundable. Most VIPs choose to renew after seeing the value.
  • Is this travel insurance?
    No. We provide real human support during emergencies, but we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for full protection.
  • Can I book for friends or family with my membership?
    Yes. Just tell us who you’re booking for and we’ll treat them like VIPs too.
  • What Are the Benefits of Group Cruises?
    Group cruises can come with some great perks, depending on the cruise line and your group size. We help you get the best value based on your travel dates and preferred cruise line. Possible perks include: Special group pricing or discounts Onboard credit for each guest Cabin upgrades or welcome gifts Reserved group dining or private excursions A complimentary cabin after a certain number of bookings Perks vary by cruise line and sailing.     Yes. Each traveler can pay on their own schedule, and we’ll make sure all reservations stay connected and coordinated.
  • Are Group Perks Guaranteed?

  • Do You Charge Extra for Group Planning?
