At Ship Happens Travel, your satisfaction and transparency are our priorities.

  1. Cruise Bookings

    All cruise reservations are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the cruise line. You will be provided with the applicable policy details at the time of booking. Please contact us if you need assistance with locating or interpreting a cruise line’s refund policy.

  2. VIP Cruise Club Memberships

    The $129 annual VIP Cruise Club membership is non-refundable once activated. No partial refunds are available.

  3. Vacation Packages or Add-ons

    If we offer vacation packages, excursions, or travel insurance through third-party vendors, those bookings will be governed by the terms of the respective provider. Ship Happens Travel is not responsible for refund disputes between the customer and the third-party vendor.

  4. Modifications & Cancellations

    To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our team as early as possible. We will guide you through the cruise line’s process and advocate for your best available options.
